I have been working in Education for more than 30 years, 15 years as a Head. I was the founder Head of two international bilingual primary schools, one in Germany and one in Turkey. I also headed-up a school in Brussels, one in Scotland and two in London. I have worked for an education authority in London, and for Peterborough Regional College

His ministry is a half-time post as Adrian also runs his own business offering life coaching and business coaching to people in the Midlands and London. Adrian worked in the armed forces and the water industry before starting his business in 2006. He was ordained in 2003.
Helen Marsden
I began working at the Beeches in 2000 and have held many varied roles; presently Deputy Head. I have worked in Peterborough schools, both primary and secondary, for 22 years. Before settling in Peterborough, I taught English in Spain, Colombia and Portugal. I have always enjoyed travelling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.
Since joining the governing body, I have been committed to ensuring The Beeches continues to develop towards a good Ofsted grade, and will endeavour to continue do this to the best of my ability.
Emma Mcfarland
I have taught at The Beeches Primary School since 2002 and am currently undertaking the role of Assistant Head. I became a school governor in 2013 and bring my experience of working across the school from Year 1 to Year 6 and my specialist knowledge of numeracy.
I am keen to continue to support the school with raising standards and attainment so all children can reach their full potential. I am part of the curriculum sub committee as I feel I have particular knowledge of data and core subjects.
